"Beautiful classy hotel in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff, you even get a free ride around the City in a vintage Bentley. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was the pillows, but this criticism can be levelled at most hotels, I guess they can’t use feather pillows for allergy reasons. Note to self, Will bring my own next time! "

"Our stay did not get off to the best of starts. The receptionist was not happy that we had booked via Expedia and demanded guest information in a very angry manner. "Great location, lovely building, our cozy double was very comfortable and dog vera welcomed and catered for. Only negative comment tv wasn’t connecting . Didn’t request assistance as only one night stay. A radio provided could have made up for it. Staff hiwever lovely and helpful. Food delicious."
