"I can’t fault the Kings Arms or the staff. The breakfast left in our room each day was plentiful and tasty. Plenty of tea,coffee, hot chocolate in room. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. "

"Very good parking facilities. Make sure you tell them your registration number, so they can register it. Staff were lovely. Very short walk to the town. It’s a slightly different type of hotel room. It has a sink/microwave/fridge in the room. I think they might cater for people who travel for work. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a decent size. Problem with no hot water this morning. Bearing in mind the parking and proximity to the town, we would definitely use the hotel again. "

"We visit Norfolk every New Year, and this was our first time staying in this building. The building itself is stunning and I had high hopes that our stay would be brilliant. I received clear communication in the run up to booking, but different checking in and out times to those on hotels.com!?! The checking in process was OK, although the key lock box was very difficult to open, and it took us about 30 minutes. "Struggled to get into the property but once in there was stains up the walls on the floor and the bedding was also stained and dirty messaged host on Expedia got no reply rand them it just rang off also sent a txt message and got blanked there too "

"We enjoyed the location, but unfortunately the rooms where smaller than other caravans I have had holidays in. It was difficult to move around in the bedrooms. Some fixtures where not fixed properly and some of the blinds where dirty when we rolled them down.The Kitchen / living room areas where clean and had everything you needed for your stay. "Location good,just inside desperate for being decorated, curtains in double room fit where they touched, can get good stuff from charity shops. Mattress very uncomfortable springs digging into your back or sides. Not good"
