The basics like the faulty drain in the sink and very temperamental shower controls, lights that would not switch off individually (all on or all off only option) made the room feel very tired. The hotel is quite modern but lacks atmosphere. We didn't see any other guests during our stay. The complimentary drink on arrival was nice. Breakfast is canteen style in the building opposite. For the price charged, I found the experience very basic."
