"A very enjoyable stay in the pretty and quiet village of Badby. The house was just as described and perfect for our needs. Good little playground and cafe and pub a short walk away. In a perfect world the curtains in the bedrooms would have blackout lining (for the summer sunrises) and the dishwasher would be replaced as the racks are shedding rust, but otherwise a fantastic stay."

"We stayed here as a base for the Game Fair and it was a great location for that. We didn’t really explore the area much but we did get pizza from The Hertford which was good. There wasn’t any garden chairs and is it was lovely weather this was a bit amid a shame as the domino was in the courtyard a fair bit. The cottage was pretty, tidy, clean and cosy. No welcome package was a bit of a shame as this has become pretty standard for holiday cottages and the garden was overrun with bindweed...

"Has the wow factor when you arrive. Beautiful place in a beautiful area. Very central to all of what you want to see mostly just 20 minutes away. The cottage itself is well laid out and well equipped with a fantastic garden which catches the sun all day and great for our little dog as it’s all enclosed. Hosts are friendly and helpful yet far enough away to be private. However, the cottage could do with a little updating in some areas like the bathrooms and kitchen which would help to take it...
