"A 1 night stay for work reasons. The pub and food are excellent with a good selection at a reasonable price. My room was comfortable but very cold due to the old leaking sash windows. All in all for the price it's ok for a 1 night stay. "

"Great little place to stay with really welcoming and friendly staff. We had a beautiful clean and cosy warm room with all the options as described in our booking. We dined in the restaurant and the food was tasty and well prepared. We would definitely stay here again. Easy walk to some local trails and town was an easy walk or drive down the road. Thank you"

"An affordable, stay close to Bath. The breakfast was nice. Be sure to walk across the bridge and visit the restaurant. Small, clean, convenient, not a luxury hotel. "

"The bathroom needs some TLC. There's a smell in there that wasn't pleasant. The shower cubicle is worn and unsightly. There's mold in the corner of the shower.. "

"Lovely welcome, clean, warm comfortable room. The only problem was, I was unable to eat at the premises on Monday evening this time of year. Apparently they start serving.evening meals again on Monday evenings come March time."

"Its the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel. We like because it is close to family and there are also others attractions close by. Deddington is a nice little village. We have always found the property clean and staff are great. We noticed this time the room needs updating and freshening up. They serve a very good breakfast and for dinner there is a good choice. Restuarant is very comfortable. "

"We spent a night in the castle during the weekend. They have a nice double-room apartment in the tower, perfect choice for a family of four/two couple of friends. The breakfast was included and it was simply delicious."

"I had a wonderful stay! The room is wonderfully appointed, quite large and very cozy. I was thrilled at seeing it. I'm still thinking about the amazing claw foot tub! The food at the Bower House below is absolutely delicious and the staff are incredibly kind and service-oriented. I hope I get to stay here soon again. The downtown area that the restaurant and rooms are in is so charming with many shops, restaurants, etc. I loved my three night stay"
