"We just wanted a convenient hotel for our visit and it was so much more. The staff were all so accommodating and polite under extreme pressure and you could see they all worked as a team. Our evening meal was quickly served and was lovely as well as reasonably priced. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We would certainly come again. N"

The breakfast was great, the bedroom was cosy & warm with a comfortable bed. Reasonable price compared to others around. No parking on site but secure car park nearby with relatively cheap cost for overnight parking using a parking App. Ideal commute distance for Cheltenham and surrounding area. Would recommend"

"The food was excellent - there were some interesting and unusual options and our choices were beautifully cooked and presented. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Lots of hot water. The rooms are all different, ours was very comfortable."

"A lovely old hotel in a beautiful town. Ample parking and a warm welcome. The room was well equipped and the bed very comfy. The shower was electric, the water flow was only adequate. I had dinner which was excellent, as was the real ale and the range of wines. The service was friendly but at times it was difficult to gain attention."
