"I am EXTREMELY particularly with choosing my hotels. That being said I was not disappointed, in the least. I was promptly and properly greeted by the staff upon arrival, and was even allowed to check in early. I was also informed that they were short staffed at the moment and I completely understood this, seeing as it is the holidays and I was once a housekeeper myself, so I know the struggle all too well. Any requests I made was met with a smile and completion, as I did not as for much...

"The property was exactly as described. The location was great (right downtown). We were right across from and next to a bar. It wasn't too loud for us, but it was noticeable. If TV was on, it was fine. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. We had no problem with parking or check-in. Host was always very responsive. Plenty of bath towels but no washcloths and only one hand towel. Would definitely recommend this location if wanting to explore the historic area of St. Charles. "
