I didn’t like anything about this motel/hotel..Needs a serious upgrade, remove old paint from all walls, very dingy with poor lighting. After a long wait to check in; with all applicable identification; later told that I needed three holding fees for one reservation. I asked to speak to the Property Manager, who very rude and disrespectful; poor customer service to say the least; threatening to refund my money, however, since I was only there for a night, reimbursement was out of the question. After driving to STL for a funeral, I will never utilize this motel chain again, very displeased.
