"We had a corner room on the third floor which had views down the pedestrian part of Avon Street and James Street, both bustling streets filled with people, restaurants and shops. We were in easy walking distance of many attractions, with many points of interest along the way. The room was airy and clean and breakfast was wonderful."

"Visiting Bath for a rugby match meant the hotel was in a great location. Easy walking distance to the Rex. Easy walking distance to all the bars shops and restaurants. Lovely welcome from staff in reception, friendly bar staff - delicious food and food menu in the evening although some choices were not available at 8pm on a Saturday night despite there being only 3 tables filled. Great breakfast buffet. Only complaint for the weekend was reporting the toilet flush/ cistern not working properly...

"Beautiful surroundings, able to walk freely enjoying the scenery. The property itself was lovely apart from a few mishaps inside the room for staff to consider. Part of the panelling that separated the dining area and living room space was a constant trip hazard, this was extremely dangerous, also the living room radiator was continually on making staying in the room extremely uncomfortable with to much heat. Apart from that the living quarters were good."

"The place has become tired. The bar staff are poor - not interested in keeping the place tidy. Old food on tables for a long time and when not busy, they spend their time in the “back”. As for the prices!"

"Good spot close to the shops and a short walk to the centre. Quiet rooms, comfortable enough. Nice breakfast, friendly service. Great to have parking included in the stay as many hotels didn’t offer this, even though it isn’t the hotels car park, it is incredibly close and v accessible. "
