"Bar staff "mistakenly" gave me change for £10 when i paid with a 20. When queried she begrudgingly called over her supervisor to inform her of my query and then once the till was opened saw that i was correct with a 20 sat in the 10 drawer. A stunted apology was then given. Not good!!!"

"Hotel was really nice,staff we're friendly. Beds we're very comfortable but the only downside was a cold shower but receptionist did explain a boiler had packed up. Geeat breakfast."

"We loved our 2 night stay here, the restaurant was great (unfortunately couldn’t get a booking at Yu Pan Asian) and we loved that the outdoor pool was heated for swimming in winter. The spa facilities do get extremely busy and noisy on Saturday but Friday evening and Sunday it was really pleasant to use. Our massage treatments were amazing, very relaxing.
