"We stayed on Valentines Day 2025 and had a blast! I was super impressed with how clean it was despite that the Eagles Parade(go birds!) was wrapping up as we arrived. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Our room was clean and had a fantastic view! We loved working out at the gym and the pool looked fun! Neat hotel with so many extras!! "

"The hotel was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel room itself was nice, but also dated and had paint peeling off the ceilings and walls in several areas. The service was good; however the valet parking was incredibly slow and the cost was added to the “total” from hotels.com - I even asked at check in to ensure the parking was included. I was told it was paid for in my reservation, but it was not and added a lot to the cost - in addition to extra fees not discussed when booking. "

"My stay was good. The problem I ran into was the gentleman at the front desk (who was very polite) mislead me on two things. The first one was that he would allow me a courtesy to check out late at noon because they were busy and no one had the book handy to quote me a rate for late check out. Also he advised me “after” looking my room number up that I had already prepaid for my breakfast. Well I was charged for breakfast and he neglected to put a note in the system that he gave me an hour grace...

"I loved the home away from home feeling that you get when you stay here, the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom deluxe was my favorite very spacious very neat and you can’t beat having 2 showers. "

"Hotel staff was very kind and friendly. It was a busy hotel but we never waited for service, or an elevator, or anything. It is convenient to the highway and KOP mall. Our room was clean- no complaints. I’ll likely specifically book this hotel next time I’m in town. "
