We adore Joe Jackson as well. He's always hospitable and willing to go the extra mile. We feel so great about staying at this hotel. Our friends tell us over and over that we simply must try to Fairmont Claremont due to its elegant and historical setting, etc., but we have no interest in staying anywhere but the Residence Inn...

"I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...
