"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...

"We loved the location, the layout of the loft, the kitchen and for the most part the bathrooms. At this price point, you expect perfection. The beds are adequate, but not as good as a Marriott or Hilton, one toilet ran constantly, as there must have been a small leak, we asked to have it fixed but it never was. "Very disappointed, told manager he should be ashamed of putting anyone in that room…Room L.!!! Upon entering our room, we were overcome with a super strong unpleasant urine odor. The entire room was a disaster, a huge hole in the ceiling covered with some plexi boards and nails, and the carpet was rippled in several places, from where it had been wet.
