"Host (James) was really nice and welcoming. I had a single room with its own bathroom which was perfect and clean - it had everything - tv, shower sink and toilet - a small built in wardrobe to hang clothes, a desk and chair and a bed with a bedside table. There was a good selection of teas and coffees and was given fresh milk for the room on arrival. Location was a short 10-15 minute walk into the city centre and its even closer to the seafront (hoe). Would definately stay again. Thanks...

"Absolutely loved this hotel. Receptionist on check in was very helpful and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. The room was fabulous, one huge room with queen bed and a totally separate room with a single bed and basin. Having a partner who snores like a freight train, the separate bedroom was a godsend. "All the staff we came in contact with were all so friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was excellent, parking was free which is something you don’t find very often. Only issue is the swimming pool changing rooms, one shower, one changing cubical so not practical if busy. Overall tho I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Torquay, we would defo stay again "

"I have to say that it was the best nights sleep my wife and I have had for a very long time. Jack I think was worth a special mention he catered for us exceptionally well at reception and in the restaurant. The receptionist at the spa was also very friendly and helpful. "
