"The hotel was convenient to the Guggenheim and lovely downtown area. Staff was great. The room could have been just a little larger. "

Although we were there during the blackout on April 28, 2025, it only lasted an hour. There was a backup generator and we had tv, internet, hot water and elevators"

"Great location, shops and restaurants all nearby. Good transport links, we got the bus from the airport and then it was just a maximum of a 10 minute walk to the hotel. We had a junior suite as we needed a family room and the inclusion of a coffee machine was much appreciated."
