"Plan on getting steamer if you stay here to steam/iron your clothes. The room does not come with an iron and you would have to request one which they’ll let you keep for a day however, I think the iron was older than myself. It barely worked and the folding iron board was so broken that when I was trying to iron, the latch slipped and the board landing right on my feet. Other than that experience, I would say staff was amazing and the stay was great! The food was amazing as well. "

"A great hotel to stay in while visiting Vietnam for the 1st time. The roof top infinity pool is amazing offering beautiful views of the city, day & night. The breakfast options were plentiful & you had many food items to choose from. Our room was on the 23rd floor with two double beds. Very spacious & comfortable. We did order room service and the staff is very accommodating & nice. I would stay here again!!"
