"I was assigned an apartment not as same as whats on the photos. There wasn't a wet playground as shown on the photos. All the children were disappointed. Apartment did not have wifi and since no wifi the tv box could not work. TV was just for display. No kitchen cleaning supplies provided for cookware & utensils."

"This is a dodgy shadow operator who will likely cancel your booking last-minute for someone paying a better rate, leaving you stranded or attempting to move you to a different building without notice while giving changing and ridiculous reasons for the cancellation. Exactly what happened to me and they will insist to speak to you outside of the hotels. com app to avoid scrutiny. Don’t risk this booking. Be cautious and avoid that listing at all costs!"

"Location location location is spot on With a lovely view and a access to the pool they overhead railway This is a lovely place to stay the only thing is it's starting to look a little bit dated with some damage done by previous guests which has let it down "

"とても素敵なお部屋でした！セキュリティもしっかりしていて、１Fにはスターバックス、B1にはスーパーマーケットがあり小さなフードコートも併設されており、とても便利でした。とっても快適だったのですが、1点だけ残念なポイントとしては、南国なので仕方ないのかと思いますが、ダイニングキッチンに小さな蟻が住んでいるようで、テーブルにもキッチンにも出てきてしまうため、食材を置いておくことができなかった点です。それ以外は、とても素敵ですし、安心ですし、オススメです！"

"Overall it was a good experience stay in this property"

"The check-in & check out process was a little difficult to navigate due to multiple lobbies. Similarly we had trouble moving the luggage trolley around the property. At one point I got stuck in the parking garage and the key did not work on any of the doors to the elevator rooms. The area around the hotel was ok, but we really struggled with the surrounding air pollution."

"This is the best place to stay in Ho Chi Minh with a family. Honestly nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they fix any issue immediately. In a chaotic city, this hotel was a welcome reprieve. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. District 7 might seem a long way from the tourist attractions of D1, but the Grab rides were easy to get and meant we slept well without the constant noise or honking of horns. We stayed 3 times over 3 weeks and I would definately stay...
