"The property menu lacked variety. I was disappointed that upon arrival I was almost forced to attend a 90 minute seminar for a $100 restaurant voucher. I declined. The gardens were beautiful as was the pool/pool area. The shuttle service were great and very convenient going to and from the main town of Port douglas. An overall pleasant stay."

Had been going to stay at one of the 5 star hotels on the outskirts, but that would have meant shuttles in and out all the time, so this was way better. Really comfy bed, and good kitchen facilities, not that we really used them. Would just have liked a couple of dining chairs for the indoor table. Lovely pool area. "We would stay here again, but if you can manage some stairs I'd prefer the top floor. Having people above you can be annoying. The manager's we're friendly and very accommodating.The apartment was fresh with modern decor and beautiful gardens! Equipped with everything you need. A great, private pool and good BBQ area too. It's at the top end of the main street of Port Douglas. An easy, flat walk to everything. The beach is only 5 minutes the other way! "

"Large room with kitchenette and separate bedroom. Excellent location. In the centre of the 'tourist area', steps to numerous bars and restaurants. Grocery store / bottle store 3 minute walk. Covered secure parking. Our balcony faced the rear of the property, where construction is underway on a new building. Not a problem for us (they advised us before our arrival of the construction to allow us to change) but, it may block the view when completed. Great place to stay in Port Douglas."

"Our room was clean with a change of towels 4 days into our 8 day stay. We paid for a late check out but we were locked out by about 10.30am having to get someone across from Mantra Heritage with new key cards. Reception very rarely had someone in attendance and two out of three times the black phone hasn't been answered including the day we arrived. The pool was great with a sunlounge always available."
