We booked a superior twin room through Expedia but they booked a superior double room, the staff went out of their way to change to a twin room. The room was clean but looked like a DIY job and didn't have a nice view but as Expedia had messed up and booked a double room we put up with it, there was no hot water in the shower but they did offer us a key for another room to shower the next morning"
