"When I went to check in there was one gentlemen was the desk on the phone, I stood at the reception for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to come and greet me, I could see people in the back office, finally a young girl came out, took my license, gave me a bit of paper and a key and said there you go. I asked about room location, where I could park, she just said "out the back". Very poor greeting. Our room also ws dated and needed a bit of TLC or renovation."

"I would not hesitate in recommending this as a place to stay. The staff are fantastic and responsive, the location is very handy with some good dining options on site. I found the bed a little uncomfortable the first night and asked if a mattress topper could be fitted, this was done within a few hours. I will stay here again."
