"Booked here day of after needing to check out at another hotel due to unacceptable pest levels in the room...The Villa was a wonderful replacement! Beds are spring based, but more comfortable then the first appear. The pillows were wonderful! Clean room and bathroom. We arrived later in the evening after a long drive, so having a room service option was great (and tgey were quick!) Regret not being able to stay longer and enjoy the casino. "

"I enjoy the views. The room sizes are very good and well fitted out. Excellent position. It is a pleasure to stay there. The only limitation is the staffing. Not having staff in the evenings and limited staffing hours on a Sunday"

"Beautiful, new and clean modern hotel in great location with plenty of free parking. Fantastic roof top bar with fabulous views across Townsville and Magnetic Island. Only downside was only two hours free Internet- this is no good if you're travelling from abroad with no free roaming."

"The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience. We were even picked up from the ferry terminal when public buses were not running due to flooding. Dinner in the upstairs dining area was a great opportunity to meet fellow guests/travellers"

"Good hotel in central location. Only downside is probably more to do with recent Townsville weather. The air-conditioning seemed to struggle and was constantly dripping moisture from the vent. Townsville has seen an awedul lot of rain. "
