"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We loved our room since it had a beautiful view of the city and lake. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge, but unfortunately pots, pans and utensils were not included. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we are in Lugano we will definitely stay here. Our kids enjoyed themselves as well. Thank you for a wonderful, and pleasant stay! Arrivederci. "

"Good hotel, convenient; very kind friendly staff. It is dated so we did not have hot water first night. The rooms decor is old but okay. Spacious enough. The AC does not turn on because it is cooler times, no choice but need to open the semi balcony door for cool air / circulation however bugs will come in. "Good location hotel, walkable distance from Ancona old town and lake. Nice pickup and drop of with hotel bus (from and to Locarno train station. Staff was overwhelmed with a series of group booking, confusion was evident but no improvement. My room was a small but with a view, AC not working and none of the staff knew how to fix it. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake and pool was a nice setting but staff again overwhelmed with groups."

"Our stay at the Villa Clementina was spectacular. This villa is owned by the sweetest family (Barbara and Remo). When staying here we felt as though we were apart of the family.
