"Hotel is in a very good location. An old manor house. The inside of the premises looked like it was refurbished but the outside is in need of TLC & a very good clean. The grounds are lovely. Our bedroom was good apart from tea cups that were not washed. Over all a very nice stay. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Dinner was good too. Excellent staff with very good customer service. We will visit again if in the area. "

"upon arrival Christina was very pleasant and helpful checking us in, we later returned to reception to book breakfast, this is time we were dealt with by Charmain, who was also pleasant and helpful. The Room was clean and comfortable for the 3 of us, we used the pool twice, which was a nice treat to have this downstairs , this too was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Overall a good experience all round, will book again if we need to stay in the area again"

We opted for one of the cheaper rooms and so did not have a view, but the room itself was absolutely fine and was good value. "I was blown away by the excellent service, an amazing stay with so much attention to detail. Couldn't fault it in any way. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Can't do enough to make your stay so special. The best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Sometimes the bathrooms let the rooms down but not this one! The pianoist at the baby grand at dinner every night - perfect! Such a relaxing enjoyable experience. Will be back."

"Started overnight for couple's spa break. Pool/spa facilities are great. Rooms are clean and comfortable with decent amenities, though the TV was old and out dated, hard to navigate channels and didn't have any streaming apps. Restaurant food was great, only slight issue was speed of service. Started arriving before drinks and when we asked for our wine a second time just told "the bar is busy" no apology or even confirming it would be checked on. "
