"Staff were very helpful with pick ups and drop offs to airport. There’s a spa n pool, although spa was very hot. Good size bathroom, and rooms. It wasn’t overly quiet as there was a conference room right next door to our room, which was a bit odd and loud. There was a bar and restaurant on premises and staff were helpful and friendly, and the place was reasonably priced, but just along way from city centre, so no bus stops near by, so we had to uber, which adds up. I would stay again...

"The property is In a very convenient location in downtown Auckland. It is walkable to restaurants, shopping, the ferry terminal, and most things that any tourist would need. "The location is close to Sky City Tower and a short walk to the harbour. Excellent breakfast and dinner options. Service was excellent. However, the room was too warm, the aircon took a long time to cool it down and I couldn't leave it on overnight because it was too noisy. I had to do a lot of online conference meetings and the lighting in the room was not great. I"

"Overall stay was ok but it was disappointing that the room was not clean when we return in the late afternoon. It probably has to do that it is a dense population but it didn’t help the situation. As the clean up the day before wasn’t ideal as well as the coffee cups and glasses were not washed as well. Other than that, the location is central and convenient to get around . Plenty of food options "
