"Had stayed at another property about a mile away but wanted a couple of nights here for the spa. The massages were so good that we booked a 2nd one the following day. The spa facilities were nice, although there wasn’t an actual (hot and cold) baths as advertised. The jacuzzi with jets was cooler water while the small pool was warmer water. "I really enjoyed Quinta Esencia. It was walkable to Zocalo and all points of interest even a fantastic restaurant on premises. The only pitfall was a very loud and popular bar directly below the hotel…music goes from about 8pm-1:30am Thursday-Saturday. This hotel is not handicap accesible, it’s an older Casona gorgeous by the way. Other than that, was a nice stay. "
