"Our stay was nice. The room has been renovated. We were on the 4th floor with a balcony. The shower is a bit tricky because of there the water sprays and the door opening. It was a pretty steady 72 degrees, so if you like it cooler at night that’s not really possible. Bed and pillows are comfortable. "My wife very much enjoyed her massage with Donna on Saturday. I have to say the staff was very hospitable. I am pretty sure that it was Devlin who checked us in. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. After a 7 hour drive which ended in some very wet and snowy conditions in the Santa Fe area, Devlin made the check in process very easy and was very helpful with his directions to our great room.
