"Hotel was beautiful and our room clean and nice. The entrance and the lobby are luxurious. The hallway carpeting on the room floors is very old and stained and definitely takes away from the overall high-end experience. The staff are all very polite and friendly, but our daily request to replace a dead lightbulb in the bathroom never happened, over a 5 day stay...the bathroom and the room do not have a single bright light, making it difficult to get ready or select clothing in the evenings.
