"Great hotel, very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff."

"The location is nice near the river and offers great view if you have one of those rooms. Walkable distance to many of the attractions in the area. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but offer very comfortable rooms and services within. Not your usual hotel experience. The bathroom out of the shower is very slippery and easy to fall if not careful, otherwise a great stay for people who like to be in the area."

"Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but the suite we were in was not clean and had a stale sewage odor. The reception staff addressed the issue the following day. The hotel staff were generally helpful and polite, but the building felt dated, and we had to share the lifts with office workers in the morning."

"This hotel truly stands out with its impressive cleanliness and outstanding facilities. Our room offers a fantastic view of the Canton Tower, which is simply breathtaking. However, it is slightly far from the shopping and dining areas."

"More can be done for the cleanliness. There were a few stains on towels. Floor was carpeted but you can see that the edges and corners were not cleaned with lots of dust. However, for 3 pax, we get a big space with living room and 2 bedrooms. We like the space for the price. Nearby not many dining options but were grateful to have at least a convenience shop and a bakery downbstairs where we can get coffee and freshly-made bread and croissants."

"Originally was given a disabled room with a bathroom that was not ideal as water would have escaped the sink. I complained and asked another room and was offered another room that was smelling smoke although I booked non smoking room. Was then changed to a second floor room and was told I would be given a more comfortable higher room the next day however nobody from reception contacted me during my 4 nights stay."
