"I love this hotel recently renovated very central. It’s not modern. Always ask for an upgrade. You may have to pay a little more but well worth it very competitive."

"Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The hotel is in an excellent location and was easy to get to using public transport. My son enjoyed the bunk beds in the family room and tea/coffee etc were replenished daily. The pool and jacuzzi were great."

"Hotel was great, although currently undergoing a refit in the bar & restaurant, service was very attentive. Parking is an issue as car park was full but there is a larger public car park, £13 per 24hrs, would be nice if, as a hotel resident they would off set this as the hotel car park is so small and can only fit 6-7 cars, so that would have been a nice gesture as a guest. food was great, but very small portions, I ordered the king scallops for starters only to have two scallops which was really disappointing, especially for the price!! overall a let down by the food, the service was great just a shame the portions were so small for the price you are expected to pay. "

"Great location, with a short walk to the beach and town. Our room was quiet and had a wonderful sea view. Plenty of nice seating areas around the hotel. Staff were very efficient, helpful and polite. The food was good quality with plenty of choices. "

"Nice pool and sauna. Good location central of bournemouth. Staff was excelllent, our first night the rooms air conditioning was broken and it was late when we got back so we just tried sleeping and figured we'd talk to member of staff about it the next day. We did just that and they changed our room for us. Downside is that they didnt clean the room on the third day despite us leaving the room fairly early, could be because of the room change though, so not sure. We did ring up for fresh new towels and they accommodated us with that at least."
