"Nice and well presented"

"Nice pool and sauna. Good location central of bournemouth. Staff was excelllent, our first night the rooms air conditioning was broken and it was late when we got back so we just tried sleeping and figured we'd talk to member of staff about it the next day. We did just that and they changed our room for us. Downside is that they didnt clean the room on the third day despite us leaving the room fairly early, could be because of the room change though, so not sure. We did ring up for fresh new towels and they accommodated us with that at least."

"This will have been the 4th or 5th visit in both apartments and rooms and the staff are always helpful and very friendly and the place is always clean and tidy. "
