"The cottage is lovely. I was a little surprised/disappointed by the close proximity of other houses as the pictures make it look quite rural. A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs. The cottage was well equipped and spacious with modern amenities including a lovely coffee machine and range cooker. Unfortunately there were somethings that we felt could be improved on. "We had a lovely stay, the property was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location for us was great, if you like walking then highly recommend. Within 40 minutes drive there is a large number of places to visit and the village has everything you need. Pub within a couple of minutes walk as well as shops for supplies. Would happily stay here again."

"Ideally located for access to the beach, seafront shops and restaurants, we had a wonderful stay at this superb cottage. The kitchen was well equipped and we found it really handy having a downstairs toilet and utility room. Swanage is such a lovely little town with so much to do, we will definitely be visiting again."

"A cosy base with all we needed for a lovely stay in a lovely area. A nice welcome package of flowers, drinks and biscuits, along with a few extras - cooking oil and tea bags. Impressed with the kitchen area, which was well stocked with equipment to enable easy self catering. Denise was a very thoughtful host, willing to respond quickly to questions. One point to note - we didn't want one, but there isn't a hot tub!"

"It is 5 mins walk away from ferry to Shell Bay and Studland and Swanage. It is 5 mins walk away from the lovely beach of Sandbanks and further beaches and Chines. For us without a car, it is great to be a few yards away from buses to Poole and Bournemouth and stops on the way. Just amazing. The flat is lovely and well kept. Linen and fluffy towels provided. Clean, and well stocked for kitchen essentials. Coffee and tea etc provided on arrival. It may be helpful to have the bathroom...

"The information looked too good to be true ... but ... the house, the location, the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the owner were amazing. A fantastic stay in a beautiful area. There was so much to do and a lot of the time you do not need to drive,(always a plus when on holiday.) We all want to return. Will recommend it to everyone. The house was a home and little touches like fresh flowers on the kitchen table were an added bonus."
