"Le système d’air dans la chambre 403 était très fort. L’air arrivait directement sur le lit. Pas moyen de l’ajuster ni l’éteindre. Appel à la réception, elle me dit qu’elle envoi un technicien à l’instant et personne n’est venu. D’autres personnes avant nous avaient aussi installées des serviettes pour réduire. Mal dormi et mal à la gorges le lendemain. En quittant, je le mentionne à la réception, mais aucune compassion!"

"The location of the hotel is great. Stuff welcoming. We had the queen bed, smaller but nice room. The only negative thing was very strange and loud noise starting at 6:20 am on Sunday morning. It woke us up and was impossible to continue sleeping. The same noise happened on the Sunday night after 22:20. Thankfully did not last for a long so our second night sleep was not disturbed. I read somewhere that Quebec City has no noise policy from 23:00- 7:00. Not sure if that is true considering the...

"My daughter and I stayed at Hotel Cap Diamant for several nights in January and loved it! The hotel has been recently updated and is so beautifully done. The breakfasts in the morning were delicious. The croissants are baked by a person who won "the best croissant" contest in Quebec and they are delicious! There is also a wine machine in the lobby.
