"It's a very nice hotel however the location is not really pretty. It is next to the local train station which i very useful as the hotel provides a free public transport pass for the whole of the region. The hotel lacked a menu for massage services for the SPA, which was a bit disappointing. "

The second bedroom was on the smaller side. The only odd thing was only a standing shower in the master but a great larger bathroom for the second bedroom. "Fabulous location overlooking Lake Maggiore, and across the road from the ferry port, making it super-easy to visit the Borromeo Islands and even Switzerland! The room was beautifully clean and comfortable. What was particularly nice was the free coffee bar in the lounge and the "sweetie bar" in reception, and the welcome drinks & nibbles were an exceptional touch. Everything is within close walking distance, with lots of nearby restaurants and cafés. Would definitely stay here again."
