"We chose the Best Western Plus Hotel Universo as it is walking distance from the Rome train station. We were upgraded to a larger room with sofa bed. It suited us very well. The breakfast had a lot of options and staff was very attentive with coffee orders. We ate dinner one night at the restaurant which served some Roman classics and it was good. Overall, would stay again and recommend this hotel. "

"Stayed with a friend - had a courtyard junior suite. Very comfortable, but the only thing I would suggest is to put reflector strips on the edges of the stairs leading to bedroom. I missed the last step going down as the light switch was at the bottom of the stairs - not good.
