"Location was absolutely perfect. Inn appears to be an old apartment conerted to an Inn. No frills but again, could not adk for a better location. Be advised: very hars to find, just a small sign at the entrance to the building."

"Staff was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating! It was in the perfect spot with the Spanish steps being a mere 3 minute walk. Metro was also a quick 4 minute walk which takes you to the Vatican in two easy stops. Will stay here again!!"

"We stayed for 3 nights.The 4 flights of steep stairs were the only downside we encountered, when we left in the morning we did not go back to our room untill after we had dinner.Mike was very helpful in getting our luggage up the stairs. I would recommend this property"

"Fantastic location a breeze to get to most sights, wonderful large clean high ceiling rooms, friendly staff and a delight to stay in and return to after tiring days walking for miles. Burlesque, cute and would definitely stay again and highly recommended from a family.with young children. Bery safe , shops opposite for late night snacks and restaurants on every corner "

"For the price and location this hotel was good value. It was basic and definitely needs some updating. Overall we would recommend if you're not looking for luxury, and need a central place to stay where you can walk to all the attractions, cafes and restaurants. "

"This is the second time we’ve stayed here so we knew the area reasonably well. Everything was as good as we remembered. The suite is in a very convenient position and had everything that we needed. The only slight issue we had was that the reception was often unmanned which meant it was difficult to book breakfast or sort out our airport taxi. In the end all was well and we would definitely book again."

"Perfectly adequate accommodation. Affordable, good location, easy place to rest your head after a day of exploring Rome. Felt safe, it was clean, and there’s bars & cafes close by. Very close to the train station & right across the street from the Opera House! They were very accommodating to store our luggage. Don’t expect overly luxurious or extensive amenities, just a nice place to crash. Would stay there again."

"Set in the hills outside Tivoli. Woke to bird song off our tree top patio. Shower and bathroom are excellent. The bed is fine- the room is a little on the small side with a lack of outlets for charging devices. "
