"Nice rooms, and they were kept clean each day. AC didn’t seem to work great, but the window was easy to open to let in fresh air. We never interacted with anyone at the front desk, which was a little weird. Claudia was very responsive and helpful via WhatsApp, including videos of how to enter the property since we had to check in very late around midnight. Was the only place we stayed in Italy that required we pay the tax with cash. Was also the best shower we had. Breakfast options were limited...
