"This is an excellent hotel with amazing staff and service. They have a text system for housekeeping which provides IMMEDIATE responses! Beautiful lobby. But...far to walk to Disney - about 30 minutes. The shuttle is good, bit small, but seemed to seat most of us. We did use uber as well. There is a target across the street which is great. As you walk further from Disney, into this area, you will notice the streets get dirtier and the company quite rough."

"The only thing that bothered me, was I was told in the begginging of our stay we wouldn’t be charged for parking and it was included. Upon leaving the guy checking us out, told me that wasn’t true and I was charged $130. He didn’t try and compensate or apologize. He also didn’t tell me how much it was he just said he would charge the card on file. I just thought it was handled poorly. The room was great and it was clean. The pool the kids ABSOLUTELY loved! Also I didn’t know the top floor pool...
