"The rooms are very big. The cimplex is HUGE. I was looking forward to a swim in the indoor pool, as advertised. But there isnt a swimming pool. There is an enormous thermal mineral spa (1000m) on site that people travel here to use. The hotel charge €37 to go in. But on a saturday you have to pre book and it was full. Also, the hotel website advertise a room, including dinner and entry to the thermal spa for same as we paid via expedia, for just a room!!!"

Unfortunately we had rain a few days but we were able to utilise the spa which includes a heated indoor pool with sauna and steam room. "Reception was very pleasant and welcoming. Very efficient, nice spacious room. Breakfast good and lady at reception sorted taxi out for us, which wasnt easy as we wanted a faxi big enough for 4 people with 4 travel golf bags. Cant praise for efficiency, pleasantness and very organised."

"The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept. Breakfast was delicious and convenient. There is parking available a short walk from the hotel lobby. They do have lifts. Staff wasn't overly friendly. Customer service was just ok. We did not prebook spa services and were not able to get in for services while we were there. We were not able to decline maid service. They use a strong chemical air freshener in the hallways if you're respiratory sensitive."

"We enjoyed our three day stay. The hotel hosted evening activities for kids which was a plus. The unlimited access to Port Aventura was also nice since you can step out of premises to eat at your hotel or in town (25 min walk) by the beach. Overall, great place and experience that I would repeat. "
