"Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round. Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. "Our Check-in was a bit stressful upon arrival because there are two complexes in the facilities and we were bumped into the alternate building. The room we were assigned was considered an upgrade facing the ocean but was quite small in size, Upon entry we immediately checked to see and found that the AC did not work and the fridge was on the blink. "We traveled in October so street parking was free and the hotel staff were kind enough to tell us! The staff was friendly and the location was close to beach and restaurants. Great value for the price."

"Being out of season the hotel was very quiet and only one pool open. However the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We were full board and whilst only the main restaurant was open all our food was cooked fresh for us. We were very well looked after and enjoyed our stay."
