"Easy check in , evening meal reasonably priced and a lovely meal .We could have asked at reception for more towels for bathroom but only one bath towel and hand towel Lovely white towels clean and soft for 2 people.Overall good visit"

"the staff are friendly with a very professional manner , a clear run down of the protocol regarding parking and dining times from the reception was most helpful. A very reasonable priced room complimented by the ground floor bar , great location for access into and around the city. I will definitely stay and recommend to friends and family."

"The room and bed were very comfortable. To be asked to pay £ 5 per person to use the pool was very annoying, as was the number of people allowed to be in the pool. Furthermore, the number of staff behind the bar during the function we were attending was not sufficient. Very annoying also was the quality of the wine that we had ordered and the fact that no replacement bottle was available."

"We had a friendly welcome and all of the staff gave excellent service. The room was a good size with a lovely high ceiling. The breakfast was delicious and of a high quality with plenty of staff available to help. The main issue was that the room was above the front door so there was a lot of noise in the evening of people talking/shouting outside as there was a function on. There was also the noise of other guests outside the room in the middle of the night. There was a slight issue with dinner...

"Not the easiest hotel to find if you are arriving when it's dark. My room was quite dated but clean and the bed was super comfortable. No bath but a decent shower. Breakfast was great. The staff were very attentive and the service quick. More choice on the buffet for Gluten free would of been nice. "
