"La peor experiencia.....quien reserve en este hotel se expone a quedarse en la calle.....cuando llegamos a hacer el checkin nos dicen que nuestra reserva no aparece y que no se explican como la Hotels.com la acepto.......y que nos debemos retirar porque no tienen habitaciones disponibles, pero lo mas extraño es que abro nuevamente la aplicacion para buscar un hotel cercano, y aparecen habitaciones disponibles en este hotel pero al doble del precio por el que reservamos, ademas la persona...

"I booked the hotel to stay there, but the hotel was full. So, the front desk agent assisted me to move to another hotel that wasn't great. There was no water to drink or food. Also there were so strikes going on at that time in Bogota, I did not felt safe. It wasn't the front agent fault, it was Expedia's fault. I will never use this service again. "

"The noisiest hotel i have ever stayed in. It's located in front of a major street and next to a pedestrian walkway. The window in the restroom did not close all the way either. The room was clean and the staff was nice, but the noise was really loud. I duggest you locate it on a street view map to see what i mean. "

"Cheap hotel with breakfast included. Close to Estadio el Campin, so if you're going to an event there it is OK at a walking distance. By the way, the neighborhood around is a bit creepy at night. During the day it is safe to walk there. There are many leather stores around. They didn't clean my room, but due to the price it is OK. Breakfast included, gym machines available and TV in the rooms. The hotel does not have a sign with the name outside by the way."
