"Everything is good but there are transactions which are charged to room and they aren’t validating it, we got two liquor bills when we don’t drink at all. And also after checkout they charged couple transactions to credit card, and when tried to enquire it’s hard to find them. I need to go thru my cc now to report a complaint against those charges. Headache after a nice stay their, summary is it’s all good but it’s all hidden charges and no validity when charging to room(which is bad)"

Everything was still nice, but the guests are very loud and I know people are on vacation so I gave it a pass . The food is always good. The service is always good. It’s always clean. The only reason why I give it a four is because of the noise so if I stay there again, I would want to make sure I’m in a corner and on top floor."

"We walked around barefoot in the room and our feet were dirty from the floor. The floor in the bedroom was loose and would pinch your feet when stepped on a certain way and/or cut your foot since it is laminate. A sun shade for the patio would have been nice. The staff was awesome. Overall, I would recommend a stay here. It is close to old San Juan."
