"Fantastic stay with very kind staff working at the hotel. We didn’t take the breakfast as it was 23 euros pp and there were plenty of nice places nearby to eat. We liked the eco scheme they had if you didn’t want your room cleaned. The room was very cosy and had everything we needed except it would have been nice to have some milk with the coffee/tea. "

"Perfect location for this hotel, less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo. The roof top is awesome, great experience. If your room faces the street, you will hear the traffic down below. The bed is super hard, same with pillows. The breakfast is excellent, great selection in the morning. Mark at the front desk was awesome, he helped us with all of our requests and questions. "The staff were great at the Starhotel Ritz. When I needed help on a couple issues, the staff went above and beyond - they couldn’t have been more responsive. I liked the location, which is walkable from the central station, but right by Piazza Venezia. The only minus was the dated plumbing in the bathrooms but that’s a minor concern."
