"Hotel was simple but nice. Hotels.com said that check in was 2pm, when we got to the hotel they said that check in was 3pm. 3pm is fine, but they should be clear about details on the hotels.com site. Not to close to the center of Milan, but the tram was close by and easy to get to the center."

Walking distance to 3 different stops on the Red line, very convenient for both getting to the Fiero Milano and to the Duomo and all the exciting attractions in the center city. "The Woodhouse hotel was our base for attending the Bruce Springsteen concert in Monza, which is just a bus and train ride away. The hotel is no frills, but has all the comfort you need, from good beds to clean rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a shopping mall with a large supermarket less than 5 minutes walk and a bus (712) that takes you directly to the metro station at Sesto San Giovanni and from there you can get to central Milan very easily. "I enjoyed 2 nights here. It was clean and easy to handle breakfast and check-in. Overall appearance .....needs some paint outside/inside and around windows. Back garden could have been darling if tools and ladders were put away in the shed with the doors closed. Overall it could be charming."
