"The staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was perfect. Very comfortable. Very quiet. The breakfast was gorgeous. The fruit juice offered on checking in was beautiful and a nice touch. The staff were there to help in any way needed. Restaurant recommendations or places to see on foot. The chips with the dinners were absolutely gorgeous. I don't know the secret, but they were amazing. The breakfast omelettes were fantastic too. I stayed here twice on my trip and would do so...

"TBH I was expecting nothing much but just a service that a hotels provide but when I reach there the bookings that I made was not available. They just told me while I was checking in. The hotel is not responsible for what they did I had to spend my 2 hours of time there just to sort it out. At last I had to book another hotel and I was about to get charged penalty while I cancel it. It was a terrible and unmanaged service I had ever."

"A truly magical place! Great service. Kind and helpful people. Management repeatedly went out of their way to ensure we were pleased and taken care of. Dining options while limited (that is to say there is one restaurant) was nonetheless wonderful! Again, service made it superior. I could write paragraphs about the views…. And both our sunrise and sunsets were literally a once in a lifetime experience! I rarely speak in superlatives. Something about sitting in full view of the Himalayas...
