"The welcome was personalised, they made my birthday special. Breakfast is really nice. All staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you. "Overall nice stay. The view on a clear day is beautiful, the breakfast buffet is good, the pool area is lovely, massages were great. Staff is kind - shout out to Nelson who helped me recover my passport lost in a plane. On the downside the steam room and sauna were not working well, we did not get house cleaning on our second day and we did not like that the shower water dripped onto the whole bathroom floor. Just feedback for the team which I’m sure can be remedied. "

"Staying at Pradhan House is like being at home. The rooms are spacious, and immaculately clean, The location is just off Dattatraya Square, so within walking distance of all the sites. "I thought the staff was great, but this area and location is a bit rough, so you may face some cold nights and lack some creature comforts. I stayed 4 nights, which may have been two too many as there really wasn’t a whole lot to do at night. Still the day hiking was nice and the hotel restaurant was nice. "

"Excellent hotel but Indian and Chinese food way too spicy for my taste. Staff truly went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast our server Pravakar was extremely kind and was quick to know what we liked and didn’t like. We truly appreciated his kindness "

"The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. From the soothing herbal tea at check-in to the seamless airport drop-off, every aspect of my stay was delightful. The in-house restaurant served outstanding food, adding to the overall experience. The only improvement I’d suggest is allowing a later checkout—around 4 PM—so guests with evening flights don’t have to wait in the lobby for extended periods. Other than that, my stay was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel."
