"I had a really great stay here. First, the building is amazing. Staying in a beautiful setting like this really added to my experience in Kathmandu. Second, the staff is great. From thoroughly cleaning my room each day (more than is typical at a hotel) to making sure my bed was heated at night, they were attentive to all my needs. Third, the breakfast buffet was great. They also augmented it with some Nepali cuisine cooked to order. The only negative is that I seemed to have an allergic reaction...

"I was given a smaller room than I paid for….. complained so second day I was moved to larger room, window missing in the toilet and 6 inches from toilet to the wall, difficult to sit on, pictures online are misleading "
