"Would visit again, food is lovely and room was clean. Shower worked well and plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Food and drink is very expensive though. Spa was clean and relaxing. Torquay town has become run down so not many of the main stores exist anymore. Car parking is £15 a day so best to find parking on the street. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Host (James) was really nice and welcoming. I had a single room with its own bathroom which was perfect and clean - it had everything - tv, shower sink and toilet - a small built in wardrobe to hang clothes, a desk and chair and a bed with a bedside table. There was a good selection of teas and coffees and was given fresh milk for the room on arrival. Location was a short 10-15 minute walk into the city centre and its even closer to the seafront (hoe). "Really pleased to have stayed here when on an overnight trip to Exeter. Had a lovely dinner in the evening in the restaurant. It was busy with all the Christmas groups but had a really good atmosphere and we were served quickly even though busy. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. Slept really well. It was nice being just outside Exeter and had a wander around small town and along the quayside before leaving. Would definitely stay again, with the friendly team looking after...

The room was fabulous, one huge room with queen bed and a totally separate room with a single bed and basin. Having a partner who snores like a freight train, the separate bedroom was a godsend. "All the staff we came in contact with were all so friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was excellent, parking was free which is something you don’t find very often. Only issue is the swimming pool changing rooms, one shower, one changing cubical so not practical if busy. Overall tho I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Torquay, we would defo stay again "
