"Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. "Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! "Perfect family hotel, half board option works easily for families. Very close to the slopes and easy to get to. Motorway comes into Bourg St Maurice and there is a funicular up to the resort if needed"
