"I found this property to be lovely spot to stay with lovely design and very convenient. The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). To be honest I found most of the staff to be unfriendly bordering on almost rude, it was always as though you were an unwelcomed inconvenience."

"Excellent communication with owners on booking. Then pre arrival theu sent very detailed and precise information and directions which was much appreciated as it was getting dark when we arrived. A very well laid out and spacious house. Living area and kitchen superb and very well equipped kitchen. We had a toddler and Giles and Christiane provided a travel cot and put a stair gate out for use too. They met us on arrival to welcome us and show us everything. They were available by text or ohone if we needed during our stay. The house is a 10 min drive up to Arc 1600 or a 5 min drive to the funicular stop at la Grange. "

"The apartment was exactly as pictured. Modern and with a very well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable for our family. As recommended we kept our skis at the hire shop and found the walk to the slopes easy with the help of 3 lifts. We parked our mid size car in the garage and made it out and onto the main road ok despite 25cm of snow the prior night! Communication with the host was excellent with good advice offered and an easy check in. One issue was that I tried to dry some towels after swimming in the washer dryer and they were still just as wet an hour later - maybe my mistake. Overall a great value for money apartment that I would thoroughly recommend!"

"We were given an apartment on the ground floor next to the lift and the entrance the to property. The spa facilities were extremely smelly and unusable, nor did they work on several days. We've stayed in several PV Premier properties over many years and this is definitely not the same standard, even though it was more expensive. We weren't happy with this at all and wouldn't be staying here again! The lady we spoke to on Reception also said that we would get less because we had booked with Expedia, which is appalling. "
