"We had a great stay. The property host was helpful and cooperative with our needs and very quick with communications. The property was more than adequate for four friends with plenty of space for two other friends or 4 other people if two couples were sharing beds. Very clean and well equipped. The best thing was the location. Close to indoor carpark and less than a minute walk to nearest chairlift which takes you a good way up slopes for a first run or access to further lifts and access to pretty much anywhere. The apartment is a short run back from the party at la folie douce which is handy if you stop there for some apres ski food and drink on your way back. Highly recommend this property as it’s excellent value for a spacious apartment in a great location."

"Great location. Really close to the ski lifts - we could just walk out of the ski locker room and step onto the slope that leads down to the lifts. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within a very short walk. The hotel itself was great value for money - an endless supply of food and drink all included in the room rate. Breakfast was a huge buffet with pastries, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, eggs, bacon, breads, cooked meats, etc. You could make your own packed lunch during the breakfast buffet or return to the hotel for buffet lunch in the main restaurant or lunch in the adjoining Le Petit Zinc restaurant for burgers, paninis and salads (no need to take of ski boots in here). The hotel then provided crepes and waffles in the bar at 5pm before evening buffet from 7pm. You could also pre-book a slot one evening in the Petit Zinc giving an a la carte menu or an evening of raclette/fondue in Le Mont Blanc restaurant. The only issue was the lack of labeling of the food. As a vegetarian I struggled to identify if things contained meat or not and there wasn't a great deal of choice for me (vegans would really struggle). The bar was fantastic. It serves hot drinks, beers, wines, cocktails, spirits and soft drinks and was open until 10.30pm - giving plenty of drinking time before you either went out to other venues or retired to bed. There was live music in the bar for entertainment. Rooms are pretty basic, but clean. We didn't use the pool or spa as you had to pay extra for this."

"Had a great stay at the chalet with a mix of ages and abilities. Was a challenge to find in the dark initially as it is across the piste, you be careful booking here with mobility challenges and I’m glad we took some snow/ice spikes for our shoes. Once we were in we had a fabulous time. Hope to return soon."

"We had a group of 9 . The apartment was well fitted out , homely and enough room for us all. Ideally located right in the centre of 1800 with short walk or ski down to chair lifts. Plenty of shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend we had the best time ."

"We had a super stay, the location is perfect for ski and ski out on a nice blue run suitable for all the family. The Dahu gondola access down into Charvet 1800 is great for meals out and runs till late. Chantel is quite and peaceful and perfect for a peaceful stay with great access to the slopes. The property was comfortable, spacious for a ski chalet, lovely and clean and had all we needed. Please note if arriving by shuttle bus you must arrive before 9pm in order to catch last shuttle up. There are very little taxi's (none we could find) and you will have to pull suitcases up/over snow covered mountain to access if you miss bus. I would highly recommend arriving by car as there is a carpark space available, or a private direct to resort transfer. The property is hidden behind another building from the drop off so we struggled to find it also Google maps takes you to a wrong location further down the slope so double check en route you have the correct location for arrival. Now we know the set up and best route for getting there we hope to return as Les Arcs and the Nathalie's Chalet were the perfect ski holiday combo."
