"A few things we didn’t like is the room didn’t have enough storage for clothes etc. Also didn’t like the resort fees they seemed high, and was unaware of the resort fees and parking fees when I put the reservation in on hotels.com. Everything seemed too pricey including the restaurant. The room wasn’t nice enough to justify the price. Probably won’t stay again due to the cost. "

They were little short staff so a few things slipped through the cracks but the concierge, Natalie, was very accommodating and handled everything for us. The valet guys who also ran the hotel car service were top tier and so nice and accommodating.
