"Lovely tropical plants. Need dehumidifiers and ceiling fans in rooms. Air conditioning unit sounded like a an airplane taking off (room 715, valley room. Safety bar needed in shower. Water does not drain well in shower floor. First registration woman needs to be less pushy on the hotel tours. Need more desserts at diner buffet, and a non-alcoholic drink should be included with the package with shows."

There were a lot of food options at the restaurant and the food was really good. They offer a free shuttle to Ubud center. The view of the rice terrace was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!"
